P.E.T.E. Project September 2021 Hangouts

To start our September on the right foot, we planned a series of fun social events starting with a team on team action!

On Team Tuesday, P.E.T.E. Project Members were divided into two teams: Barney & Friends (Purple Cups) and Pistachio Avocadoes (Turquoise Cups). The night started off with Fishbowl, a game where you try to guess the word being spoken/acted out! Round 1 started off with being able to use as many words as possible to describe the word chosen (without saying the word of course)! Round 2 made it more difficult that participants could only use ONE word to describe the word they chose. Round 3 was charades with the word you chose! After that game, we moved to a Dog Toy Journey! PETE Project Peeps were guided by a partner in finding dog toys across the floor! The final game was a cup off where students raced each other in flipping their cups until every person went and completed it 3 times! At the end of it all, Barney & Friends ended up taking the W!

On Wacky Wednesday, P.E.T.E. Project Peeps had some ice cream and played some fun board games! Nothing like a sweet snack and some fun times!

On Timeline Thursdays, P.E.T.E. Project Peeps had the opportunity to create their own timelines and share them with other participants. It was a great way to learn more about each other!
